The hardback edition, privately printed in the UK in 2010. Peter Mills supplies a 19-page introduction placing the text in historical context, describing his access to the original document some thirty years earlier and his careful transcription of it — a manuscript he dates to the late eighteenth century and has typeset to match the original. The title page states the work was privately printed for a Jeremiah Hobbs on behalf of Sir Francis Dashwood and certain others, presumably the Hellfire Club; Hobbs himself gives an account of how these papers came to be separated from the Dee manuscripts now held at the Ashmolean and the British Library, before setting out how the names of the Enochian angels are derived from the Watchtowers and presenting the text of Ordines Descendens itself.

Where the better-known Enochian material describes the angelic Watchtowers, names and calls, this text presents their demonic mirror — a set of infernal Watchtowers from which the four names of Satan and the rest of the infernal hierarchy are derived, by a process cognate with, but distinct from, the angelic one. The powers of these beings are described in detail, together with instructions for their evocation using a magic circle and triangle of art, the working sealed with several of the thirteen Descending Clavicules, given in Enochian with English translation, functioning as an infernal counterpart to the Enochian Keys.
