Description

Being The Equinox, Volume V, Number 4 — the first new series of The Equinox since Crowley’s own publications, issued under the auspices of Marcelo Motta as current Praemonstrator of the A∴A∴. This first edition (1981) from Thelema Publishing Company, Nashville. A substantial hardcover volume of nearly 700 pages (xx + 694–696pp), bound in gold-decorated marbled boards with gilt titles to spine and front board. Contains some of the rarest of Crowley’s writings, including The Bagh-i-Muattar, The Paris Working, The Wake World, his Diaries for 1906–07 e.v., and the poem Leah Sublime — many of these works being extremely difficult to find elsewhere. Also includes Ida Craddock’s Heavenly Bridegrooms and extensive commentary by Marcelo Motta. Issued with a white illustrated dust jacket.
